A unique idea for ladies' night in, family cooking lessons, birthday or anniversary gift, kids' birthday parties or just because you'd like to surprise that special someone with a handmade meal at home.

Italian Style

 Since Italy is one of the food capitals of the world, there are too many favourite dishes to name.  I'll try anyways: Melanzana Parmigiana, Ragu with handmade pasta, Coniglio alla cacciatora and a family favourite...Amatriciana. 

Sausage Making

Knowing what goes into your favourite foods is an important part of eating healthy. Learn how to make sausage from scratch, complete with seasonings and spices to mix it up. We will grind, season and stuff.  Seriously messy and seriously delicious! 

Pizza at Home

Change pizza night at your house forever! Learn how to make an authentic Italian dough (tossing in the air included). A tasty tomato sauce as a base and build your favourite pizza. You will never want to order in again!

Italian Dolce

Yes, dessert is a food group! Tiramisu, semi-freddo, lemon sorbetto, affogato or a Ricotta cheesecake. Any of these treats will be a fine ending to your culinary adventure. 
Pricing depends on the lesson requested. Minimum of 4 people. Groups of 10 or more people will have the $250 Chef's fee waived.
