Ciao, I was born and raised in southern Italy and I have made Calgary my home since 2013. I earned a Diploma in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institution of Manlio-Rossi Doria in Italy. I have experience working in world-class kitchens from Italy to London to Australia. My passion is cooking and my mission is to make you feel like a guest at your own party with my personal chef services. In addition to offering my personal chef services, I also own and operate a seasonal food truck; Gustoso Italian Street Food. I am available for parties in Calgary and surrounding areas.
I have worked alongside world-famous chefs in Michelin starred restaurants such as Anthony Demetre and Claude Bosi. I've had the privilege of cooking for Gordon Ramsay and have planned, prepped and served for weddings from 30 to 100 people (including my own!) The addition of my services as a personal chef will ensure your guests remember your party as the foodie event of the year.
